Design Manager Leads client onboarding, manages early-stage feasibility, coordinates design input, and ensures projects are cost-aligned from the outset. RIAI Architect Responsible for architectural design, planning strategy, technical documentation, and ensuring design integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Chartered Engineer Provides structural design, technical certification, and BCAR-related engineering oversight where applicable.
Commercial & Financial Control
Contracts Manager Oversees procurement, contract administration, programme management, and delivery risk. Project Financial Controller Responsible for cost planning, value engineering, financial reporting, and project cost certainty.
